How do we sustain health over our lifetime? Consistency is the most important tool - daily movement, consistently choosing healing foods, prioritizing taking care of your emotional wellbeing, nourishing your relationships, especially the one with yourself. I have created self guided programs and other health resources to help you in this process. These tools are FREE to you or a small one time payment (programs) for lifetime access. Health is a social justice issue - everyone deserves access. That is why I prioritize creating resources so that you can feel empowered to care for yourself and your family.

DMV residents: take a class with me at FIT360 DC. We focus on functional fitness and challenging your body in new ways each time you come to class. You can sign up for a class through FIT360DC’s website. Your first class is free!

Personal Training

One on one personal training sessions offer the opportunity to get to know your body and what it needs to be well. We will start with corrective exercise, i.e. lengthening the muscles that are tight, strengthening the muscles that are weak, stabilizing your spine, and focusing on joint health so that we have a solid foundation to progress towards your goal and beyond. I take a holistic approach when it comes to training, and I encourage regular feedback from you so that we can always adjust to your body’s needs. Movement is healing! Let’s create a sustainable movement practice for you so that you can care for your body over your lifetime.

Health Coaching

Through one on one coaching calls, you will learn to set goals, self reflect to overcome barriers, and build the skills needed for behavior change now and in the future. Behavior change is hard. It is my job to guide you through the process, teach you skills, and help you build your tool box so that you feel empowered to be successful on your own. We will address health behaviors such as food choices, physical activity, self care, and emotional wellness. All coaching calls are personalized to you and your health goals. You can choose weekly calls for more hands on support or a monthly call with subsequent self-guided work.
